We run workshops and training sessions for clinical and support staff, on all topics sexuality & intimacy. 

Workshops, presentations, staff training and education.

​Alongside seeing clients 1:1, ConnectAble Therapies also regularly educates and supports groups in the community. Tess has been facilitating workshops in the community for nearing a decade having facilitated well over 100 sexuality workshops, equalling thousands of people. For both disability and oncology sectors, ConnectAble Therapies can offer support and education in the topics of intimacy, sexuality, communication and consent to anyone seeking group education and training. Forms of education, training and support we offer:
  • Clinical staff education (in-hospital, clinical settings and community settings)
  • Clinical staff training (in-hospital, clinical settings and community settings)
  • Focus groups (in-hospital, clinical settings and community settings)
  • Educational workshops (in-hospital, clinical settings and community settings)
  • Presentations and guest speaking at international and national conferences, consumer forums and clinical settings
  • Education and training for disability support staff, carers, families and NDIS plan managers
  • Support and education for consumers (online and community settings)

Rates:
Rates vary per public presentation, workshop or staff training session. Please contact us via the contact form here, and provide the below information relative to the type of service you seek, for a quote. Feel free to simply copy and paste the below questions in the contact form.

Staff training sessions:
  1. Training topics

  3. Size of audience
  4. Type of staff (E.g. support workers / family members & carers / oncology staff / allied health etc.)
  5. Setting (E.g. Online / in-hospital / in independent living centre / community home etc.)
  6. Length of training
  7. If in-person, geographical location in Melbourne
  8. If in-person, travel time/commuting will be invoiced separately from presentation admin and preparation time, do you agree?
  9. If online, please specify: The timezone you are in, the intended date and time of training in your timezone and intended date and time of training in AEST / GMT+10.

Workshops:

  4. Desired length of workshop (in minutes/hours)
